These problems are expressing the diversity of points of view and of theoretical positions, in terms of their identification, the features and how to solve them. Materially, the whole humanity – from the public opinion to the decision factors or the international forums for collaboration and cooperation – gained a clear representation of the multiple and complex problems posed by today’s human relations environment.
