Abstract

In Morocco, the investment in professional communication still suffers from signs of neglect in relation
to middle-income countries. While it is natural to communicate with his customers, as it seems difficult or
unnecessary to think to do with his internal staff. In the collective imagination of Moroccan officials,
communication within the company would be combined with simple transmission of tasks to be performed by
employees. An act that deprives the fragmentary act interactive full effect, namely the principle of feedback. To
try to understand what refers communication in the workplace Morocco, we will both present and interpret the
results of a survey we conducted on the ground in 2006. This survey focuses on a questionnaire administered to
leaders of SMEs within three sites of the Kingdom, namely: Casablanca, Marrakech and Beni Mellal.
