Abstract

Russia's military aggression in Ukraine has only highlighted an abusive violation of the rules of international law in its attempt to achieve its military and political objectives, and with complete disregard for massive condemnations from world governments.
In the sphere of international relations, it is essential to offer diplomatic solutions acceptable to all parties; however, Russia's actions since the beginning of 2022 are in complete contradiction with international law. We are in a crisis that has escalated beyond the limits and led to destructive military aggression. The situation is still tense, with significant implications for regional and global security.
